Quality System Analyst / Lead Auditor
- Supported the Configuration Management process by coordinating daily Engineeri
ng Review Board (ERB) meetings and documenting and distributing minutes. Maintai
ned the Discrepancy Reporting system (DR) database and generated reports. Admini
stered the GeoEye Document Control Center. Editor and corporate trainer for the
on-line Document Management System (QSOL). Edited revisions and all new quality
system documents for format and basic requirements before loading documents on t
he DMS. Audited and maintained the internal quality system.
Served as the Quality System Lead Auditor to schedule and perform audits of GeoE
ye's internal departments, including classified programs. Collaborated with othe
r internal auditors to perform a majority of audits. Coordinated with department
managers regarding the corrective action responses from internal and external a
udits. Provided audit and corrective action information to the Quality System Ma
nager for quality system metrics reporting. Assisted in third party audits of Ge
oEye by its customers and ISO Registrars. Maintained the Quality System departme
nt documentation and files.
