General Superintendent
Direct responsibility for management and direction of labor forces on multiple
multimillion dollar projects. Supervised 300+ personnel (subcontractors). Worked
with project manager to coordinate construction operations for the entire proje
ct, including activities of field superintendents, general supervisors craft per
sonnel, equipment, materials and subcontractor installations. Developed, coordin
ated and adjusted work schedule, construction methods and work performance. Ensu
red employee and subcontractor compliance with all safety and quality control pr
ograms. Oversaw field execution in accordance with contract documents and verifi
ed all costs associated with the project.

Operated an underground company in the Las Vegas area, licensed to install wet
utilities. Performed work activities with Public Works with the remaining portio
n going to the private sector. Responsible for office operation, meeting with pr
oject managers to discuss project schedules and negotiations for new work. Revie
wed contracts from general contractors, submittals, contract billings and the co
llection of receivables. Additionally interfaced with a field supervisor to coor
dinate workload, manpower, set-up new accounts, equipment delivery/pick-up and m
aterial procurement. Supervised 35 personnel.

Supervised and coordinated crews, project demolition, completed daily reports,
prepared and updated construction scheduling using SureTrac, scheduled meetings
with architect/owner and coordinated related activities. Tacked job cost and com
pared estimated productivity units to actual units. Coordinated on-site safety m
eetings and facilitated subcontractor weekly meetings to ensure all trades were
coordinated and any issues were resolved in a timely manner.
