Assisted in; estimating, pre-construction services, bid and award, owner's repre
sentative services, submittals, RFI's, change-orders, project close-out, and war
ranty claims for one of ENR's top 25 builders in the United States and SHRM's to
p 10 Best Places to Work For in 2009. Also, as an employee of Hoar Program Mana
gement, worked as an Owner's Representative/Project Manager in order to represen
t the client's best interests while constructing a project. While acting as Own
er's Representative, managed Architects, Engineers, and General Contractors whil
e representing the owner and protecting them from risk and the budget from cost
overruns. LEED AP status was achieved in November 2008.

* Active branch completed exterior/interior renovation. Coordinated work on an o
vernight and weekend schedule so as not to interfere with branch operations.

lized subcontractors, acted as Owner's rep and handled outstanding payments to s
ubcontractors. Found grants to complete project and suggested various value eng
ineering features to save the client more than 2 million dollars.

illion with 11 branches from The Woodlands Texas to Bay City, Texas. (More than
