techniques that focused on exceeding customer expectations. The result was an i
ncrease in revenue of $12.9 million USD in 2009-2010 a 400% increase from 2008.
Through my leadership, grew the sales force from 20 employees to over 100. I wor
ked closely with DISH Network executives to introduce a compliance program that
