alternatives analysis for future years budgets, created financial
briefs and weekly activity reports monitoring MDA Spiral 1
technologies and enterprise architecture projects over multiple
directorates. Defended a $20M major program of record against GAO
review. Resolved data classification policy issues adversely
impacting data sharing with foreign partners. Facilitated bi-weekly
VTCs and SLA/MOU working group meetings.
EDUCATION

Completed all STCW '95 training requirements for U.S. Coast Guard
3rd/2nd Mate License and FCC Global Maritime Distress Safety System
(GMDSS) Radio Operator credential.

Completed studies in international business, intermodal logistics,
air transportation, marine insurance, admiralty law, chartering and
brokerage. Led cargo planning project for container vessel carrying
multiple origin and destination cargoes accounting for varying
stability, segregation, and stowage requirements. Conducted maritime
operations over a 300 day training period as a cadet aboard Maersk,
Matson, and Hapag-Lloyd vessels.
