Scenario
Reno Limited Company wants to set up a local area network as shown in Figure 1. The network
administrator has asked you to setup the network in accordance to the inter-VLAN routing, VLAN,
VTP and STP.

Configuration Tasks
<A> Perform Basic Switch Configurations:
1. Configure hostname of the switches as shown in Figure 1.
2. Configure “cisco” as the enable secret password on all switches.
3. Configure the interface settings of each router as shown in the following table.
2. Verify that the VTP clients are receiving VLAN configurations from the server.

<E> Configure STP
1. Configure switch SA to always be root.
2. Verify that STP is running correctly.
<G>Verify connectivity
Verify the following connections:
Host A should be able to successfully ping all interfaces on RT.
Host A should be able to successfully ping Host B and vice versa.
Switches should be able to successfully ping each other.
