Structure Engineer: Supported lift gates, deck lids, hoods, sheet metal doors, f
enders and body in white (BIW) on relative vehicle programs. Supervised multiple
department functions for implementation of report development consisting of 500
people. Worked with the Windsor Assembly Plant and reviewed sheet metal for edg
e welds or missing welds on RM program to provide feedback and required updates
on robots, as well as attended plant review meetings relating to weld issues and
communicating corrective action plans. Updated weld models, added projections w
elds and promoted models for review. Utilized virtual product management (VPM) a
nd HP graphics to create PT's ZMA weld reports and conducted BIWASM reports for
