a Innovation was a key driver to improve the banks use of technology. My team w
ould continually strive for new and innovative ways to succeed. One of the larg
est innovations was a shared utility environment that charged for usage and allo
wed sharing of an infrastructure across the enterprise. The shared utility envi
ronment reduced cost by more than 25% and gave clear financial transparency to t
he lines of business.

largest was the use of low-latency, high through-put, environments for the Globa
l Markets space. Here we accomplished over 500,000 transactions per minute, wit
h guaranteed delivery, and less than 10 micro-seconds on latency per transaction
