* Achieved projected 3-year ROI within 18 months of initial departmental startup
, delivering all agreed upon expectations. Recruited, hired, and trained staff r

* Re-engineered the traditional customer unloading regimen. Convinced customers
to re-direct unloading dollars to the Trade Bucket; resulting in a current $2.5

and HEB accounts. Dollars currently being utilized for Business Development; Pr
omotional Activity and Advertising; creating a (WINNIING) environment for all st

* Directed the architectural blue-print and policy development for Dannon's Reta
il Bracket Pricing Strategy; concept to implementation in 9 months. Program gene
rated $5.2 Million in productivity savings within 12 months, exceeding all pre-e
stablished thresholds & hurdle rates. Bracket Pricing (Cost-To-Serve)
* Milestones also include optimizing transportation & warehousing functions from
two separate initiatives delivered within 18 months. Increased full pallet perc
entage from 32% to 47%, reduced case finger printing proportionally within all D
istribution Centers, leading to successful 3PL contract re-negotiations. Second
project increased truckload utilization by 7%; therefore reducing truckloads req
uisitions for the Wal-Mart Account by 800 Trucks annually saving; $500,000 in Tr
ansportation.

chain network consisted of 3 Production Facilities, 9 Distribution Centers, 2 C
o-Manufacturing Plants, and 14 direct suppliers. Utilized highly effective JIT a
nd Inventory Management concepts / methodologies to consistently achieve busines
s requirements.
