Accomplishments
* Lead a team after the acquisition of Staffsource Inc. in a successful transiti
on
to the new acquisition partners and was responsible for hiring and training seve
ral
new employees at Staffsource Inc. Later was promoted to manager.
* Responsible for the development and setup of a state of the technology HRIS
computerized search and retrieval system utilizing a scanner, networked OCR
software and a database management software to capture text from resumes scanned
in and search on that text The system also had client data management capabiliti
es.
* While with TAD Technical Services was promoted from Branch Manager to Area
Manager after orchestrating the growth of the business form 1 branch and a staff

with 56 contract employee's to 4 branches and a staff of 20 plus and aprx.325
contract employee's. This was accomplished through the expansion of existing bra
nch
and the successful acquisition of 2 other operations.
* While with TAD Technical Services initiated contact with and was primarily
responsible for the acquisition of a contract technical services and design/
drafting operation/company in Pasadena, Texas. This new branch became part of my
territory and responsibility.
* Established a long term relationship with Kelsey Seybold Clinics in Houston th
at
ultimately became the first healthcare account that TAD Technical Services had e
ver
taken on and the account represented approximately $1.75 mm over two years in sa
les
to the company.
* While with TAD Technical Services my staff one 15 major account awards of 10 o

more contract employee's of which 4 accounts were 20 person account awards and I
personally was responsible for 3 of the 15 major account awards.
* While with TAD Technical Services was named captain of a team of 12 managers,
recruiters to compete with 4 other teams of 12 at an annual corporate (300 manag
ers
attending) meeting in which my team won first place and a $5000.00 award for the
most innovative and forward thinking sales and recruiting team as judged by
attending managers and a corporate group of my peers.
* My home branch office (Quik Tech) in Houston, TX. with TAD Technical Services
had
34 new starts in one week in 1990 which was a company record at the time.
* While with TAD Technical Services Corp. my branches achieved exemplary
profitability 6 out of 7 years. Took a large write down due to a client debt not
being paid that resulted in lower than anticipated profits in 1991 (though we we
re
still profitable).
* NASA brass called on me during the Soyuz space program to take the chief
scientist on the Russian space program on a guided fishing trip on Lake Livingst
on in
1971 which garnered extensive media coverage.

drafting arena and to the retail and wholesale sporting goods industry intention

Personal
Married with no children. Wife is a healthcare professional (nurse). Active in m
y
church and I enjoy golf, fishing (fresh and salt water),travel and cars. Was a
professional fishing guide on Lake Livingston and tournament Bass fisherman in t
he
late 60's and early 70's.
Custom Golf club builder and club fitter. Started in 1994 building clubs for mys
elf.
After I learned the importance of being fitted. Eventually it came to pass that
I
was building and repairing clubs for friends and other golfers and ultimately st
arted
fitting and building professionally. I am seeking certification.
