P Itanium/VMS (Blade Server Concept) and then to an HP Itanium/HP UX.
* Lead all groups of stakeholders through initial requirements, verifications, a
nd validation of the Services Strategy.
* Conduct planning sessions with senior division executives and CIO to review to
tal budgetary expenditures, as well as CBA for each phase of the project.

Managed the FDNY ECTP Program which is a department wide combination of Technolo
gy (Telephony, Monitoring, and LAN WAN Infrastructure) and Applications refresh.
The Program contained 26 Component Projects which HP was managed directly or th
rough a sub contract for specialized services.

tive Dashboard) Current Total Contract Burn Rate as well as Cost Benefit Analysi
s on any proposed scope changes. Had total Budget Responsibility straight to th
e bottom line.
* Responsibilities included management of 180 contract and non - contract resour
ces.
* Led the Project Team (HP & Customer Resources) through revised requirements se
ssions which lead to the current Work Breakdown Structure that contained more th
an 17,000 tasks that encompassed more than 23 component projects with duration o
f three years. Responsible for the overall quality and delivery of day-to-day i
mplementation as well as support operations.
