Materials:
a) Video cameras to record people's memories and import Erik Friedl or one of his
proteges to guide the recordings plus oversee post production (editing etc). The idea is
to have transcripts and excerpts that can be posted on the web (Youtube, scribd.com,
Facebook and websites) so that absent alumni can participate.
b) SKYPE stations to collect people who can't be there physically but desire to interact
by phone or video.
c) a low cost (let's avoid fancy restaurants and fundraising. We're gathering to talk
about JC)
d) Bring in at least two "luminary old guard teachers" who can still travel easily. (Tony
Hyde, David Rhodes, Will Sutherland, Clive Hartwell, JX, Duncan Maxwell, LL? other
candidates?)
READERS who are in South Florida, India, Australia, California, etc.: I'll give you
plenty of time to think about interesting gathering ideas.

TOUR OF SCHOOLS
While in these gathering places, I also want to tour some innovative schools. I've heard
of some great schools and I want to see them. If you live in the area of the gathering,
please tell me about good schools so I can arrive early and visit them.
READER: to prepare for the event, please request the collection of MEDITATIONS
and a CD about the JC Society. I'll mail it to you. Give me your postal address. I have
some great helpful lectures from the internet that you can hear in your car (audio
CD), ...

desirable, the agent wouldn’t need a prod.)” (p 54)

For the Australian Gathering, you can send ideas to Alex Holland… We're going to
