Achievements
Created and implemented aggressive regional inventory team decreasing
inventory rate by 30%. Audit scores were above the company passing
score of 84%. Created a regional inventory team rotating visits
throughout the region on a monthly basis. Instituted follow through
on team results.

Changed a failing market to a successful and growing market. Took

over the BJ's Florida market with only four locations. The company
was evaluating whether to close the market due to lack of profits.
Built a strong regional team with strategic goals. Achieved the goals
and turned the market around. The company stayed in the market and
increased from 4 to 22 locations.

Opened new markets and successfully opened three locations on the same
day. BJ's entered the Georgia market with plans to open five
locations, three of them on the same day with only 1% of the team
having company experience. Developed a hiring plan, hired four
management teams and 500 team members in a three month period. Opened
three clubs on the same day all exceeding over $1M in sales their
first week. Opened 5 new locations in the Georgia market in the next
