Over the last twenty years, as a Founder of two corporations, I have worked on t
he incorporation, development, management, and funding of an oil company, OroNe
gro, Inc. and an oil equipment manufacturing company, DynaPump, Inc. and served
as a Board Director, CFO and Sr. VP since both the companies inceptions and hav
e been responsible for directing the company's overall accounting and financial
functions, including all policies, procedures and implementation, along with all
capital raising, customer and vendors relations, employee relations and stockho
lder relations. I have overseen and participated in all corporate development an
d strategies, financial decisions including strategic relationships, distributor
s, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, credit, capital raising, insurance, tax,
and cash management. I designed and coordinated a wide variety of accounting and
statistical data and reports. I have overseen and participated in all high leve
l strategies and decisions including high level contract negotiation and closure
of all capital raising including all business plans, PPM's, due diligence, lega
l, accounting, and financial functions required. I raised necessary equity funds
of over $30 million, from personal contacts, private equity funds, and major co

As one of the founders of DynaPump I was in charge of all financial and corporat
e development activities for a manufacturing company that built and sold proprie
tary, revolutionary, hydraulic, long-stroke, computerized surface pumping system
s to the oil and gas industry. My functions included all fund raising, all accou
nting functions, all financial functions, all high-level corporate and business
strategy and development, customer buildup and relations, shareholder relations,
vendor relations, employee relations, and contract negotiations. I served on th
e Board of Directors and was Secretary, Treasurer for 14 years.

and handled all customer relations. I put together a marketing plan where the pr

HIGHLIGHTS
As CFO and VP (1993 to 2007)
Raised over $30 million of equity funding for working and growth capital for the
companies from private equity sources, accredited individuals, and strategic in
dustry corporations.
Researched, found, and negotiated the purchase of oil fields. Raised the capital
to purchase the fields, and retrofit the fields with new technology equipment.
Worked extensively on the improving the operations of the oil fields and helped
improve the cash flow.
Wrote and implemented all accounting policies and procedures for manufacturing a
nd service operation. Implemented all chart of accounts for QuickBooks and setup
and handled all functions related to human resources, A/R, A/P, tax and cost ac
counting, inventory control, budgeting, payroll, financial statements and repor
ts, and auditing.
Set up distributors and secured the sales in different countries including Kuwai
t, Venezuela, and Oman by finding financially strong companies located in those
countries that had strong customer and government relations. I performed due dil
igence on the companies, selected the proper company, negotiated the distributor
agreement, provided training of their personnel, provided all spare parts, ins
tallation and service tooling lists, provided all operation, service, installat
ion manuals, made customer sales visits and presentations and provided ongoing s
upport.

Worked with executive management and department leaders to
formulate, develop and write a comprehensive operating plan for each
department with specific dates for starting and completing all the
detailed activities and items necessary to bring each department to the
necessary operation level to create a cohesive and coordinated effort
between all departments to provide all necessary services required by
DynaPump customers.
Worked with department leaders and executive management to
develop, direct and manage all assigned aspects of the company's
operations to provide coordination between departments, operational
excellence and organizational leadership.
Worked with executive management to research and implement ERP
software and helped all department leaders with getting up to speed as
quick as possible so that there was no lost productivity time.
Penetrated new markets buy setting up distributors and landing first-
time sales in countries including Mexico, India, Canada, Brazil, and
Italy, while growing existing accounts in Venezuela, Oman, and
Kuwait. Assisted Distributors in landing first foreign government
contracts leveraging expert abilities in relationship-building to conduct
adept negotiations.
Opened new distributor and VAR channels in 10 countries, which
directly resulted in a dozen key accounts. Harnessed strengths in
forecasting, opportunity identification, goal-setting and motivation to
outdistance the competition and drive peak productivity from 10
member distributor force, resulting in record-setting sales year-over-
year.
Wrote and implemented all Safety and Compliance procedures, policies, manuals, t
raining, and programs. Completed Safety training by major oil companies and over
saw all Safety and Compliance for the company which included manufacturing, sale
s, and service operations. Upgraded the Safety and Compliance of the Company to
an "A" rating which was maintained.
