President/Principal-in-charge. Duties included business development, project man
agement and client relationship management. As president and founder of CyberCon
Corporation, I provided executive level oversight on all of the firm's projects
as well as company operations and administrative functions. Example projects ar
e as follows:
Tele-Communications, Inc. (Comcast), Littleton, CO - 300,000 square foot Nationa
l Digital Television Center (NDTC), including cable television, satellite up-lin
k operations, video production studios and general office facilities. The facili
ty was developed and completed over an approximately four year period with many
intermediate critical deadlines. Project value: approximately $30 million.
Primestar (DirecTV) Corporate/Administrative Offices & Customer Care Center, Gre
enwood Village/Centennial, CO - 250,000 square foot renovation of two buildings
to house executive and administrative offices, training and conference center, t
elecommunication/server network center, call center, network communications/data
center, engineering lab, general office support space and cafeteria operations
for a satellite direct broadcast TV services company. Project value: approximate
ly $16 million.
CarrAmerica QC I & II Parking Structure - Design and preconstruction services fo
r a 600 vehicle, five level parking garage including pre-cast structure, drainag
e system, ventilation system, structure and site lighting, access control system
and landscaping. Project value: approximately $5.5 million.
Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design, Lakewood, CO - Renovation/Reconstructi
on of a seventeen building historic campus to accommodate the relocation of a 50
0 student art school including classrooms, studios, photo lab, auditorium and ad
ministrative offices. Scope of work also included campus wide upgrade of electri
cal and mechanical systems including replacement of campus central steam boiler
plant. Work also included relocation and consolidation of existing medical resea
rch tenant uses to renovated space in one building on the campus housing adminis
trative space and research laboratories. Project value: approximately $3.7 milli
on.

AC Systems, Inc., Denver, CO 1979 - 1989
Vice President. Marketed and provided consulting services for computer support s
ystems (i.e. data center environmental control systems, uninterruptible power sy
stems, computer power distribution systems, and access flooring). Managed design
/construction services for data processing centers, and telecommunications facil
ities.
