CarrAmerica QC I & II Parking Structure - Design and preconstruction services fo r a 600 vehicle, five level parking garage including pre-cast structure, drainag e system, ventilation system, structure and site lighting, access control system and landscaping. Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design, Lakewood, CO - Renovation/Reconstructi on of a seventeen building historic campus to accommodate the relocation of a 50 0 student art school including classrooms, studios, photo lab, auditorium and ad ministrative offices. Scope of work also included campus wide upgrade of electri cal and mechanical systems including replacement of campus central steam boiler plant. Work also included relocation and consolidation of existing medical resea rch tenant uses to renovated space in one building on the campus housing adminis trative space and research laboratories.
