I am a versatile individual, open-minded and open to suggestions and criticisms.
I am also quick-learning and easily taught, experienced through ownership with
both Macintosh and PC computer systems. Work experience has been more technicall
y involved with PC computers. I am familiar with active directories and virtual
servers and am able to effectively troubleshoot in many technical areas. Curren
tly, I am looking forward to hands on experience and furthering my education in

*2.5 year job at KLLM Transportation. Gained valuable work experience.

PC/Computer Room Technician
Main responsibility is the weekend backup of the As/400 system to tape cartridge
s. Other responsibilities include answering support calls, troubleshooting PC's,
setting up and maintaining user accounts on both the As/400 and Active Director
y, and printing payroll reports and claims/auto checks. Also have been on call f
or scheduled weekends.

Logic & Analysis Tester
Work testing voting machines. Includes running logic and accuracy tests as well
as general setup. Also distributed voting machines to precincts and collected th
em after elections.

Sound Coordinator
Main responsibility is running the sound board(s) for services including Wednesd
ay and Sunday night youth services. Other responsibilities include basic lightin
g and mixing for the youth band.
Training:
*Work-experience from KLLM Transportation as an active-role education.
*Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
*Some experience with AS/400 systems including setting up "Dumb Tubes" and emu
lations software on PCs. Also, run weekly backups on the AS/400.
*Very familiar with the Windows operating system.
*Experienced in troubleshooting.
*Some background in a wide variety of computer troubles ranging in both the hard
ware and software side of computing.
*Knowledge of different firewalls and anti-viruses along with other hardware/s
oftware security measures.
Qualifications / Education:
*Two years at Hinds Community College in Raymond under the Computer Networking
Technology program. Awarded Associate in Applied Science degree.
*Graduated high school from Central Hinds Academy in Raymond, MS with a 3.5 GPA.
