COMPENSATON:

Compensation is the method in which it is based on employee’s skills and the work, which
they perform in their field, how they handle the situation of the company. Employee will be
rewarded if their performance is appreciable. This will make the employee feel that he/she is
the part of the company. It will also motivate the employee to work more efficiently. This
compensation process is also based on how the employee is maintaining their relation with
the customers and how well he understands the need of the potential customers. On their best
outcome, an employee is rewarded by giving a designation promotion, by increasing just the
salary, or by making him the team leader. L’oreal does not believe that compensation is just
by giving reward by cash or designation promotion but also by giving medical allowances or
by granting leave. That is the company is not just concerned about their profits and hoe to get
work but also about how the employee work with his heart.
