two of the largest global commercial real estate companies - CBRE and GE Real E

* Collaborate with asset managers in discounted cash flow and valuation modeling
- working with approximately 12% of GE Real Estate $70B North American portfoli
o by NPV - while maintaining current reliable data in internal database program
for deal, investment and property information
* Perform ad hoc reporting to valuation files and budgeted expenses as per asset
manager's request as well as run impairment and sensitivity analyses
