eder Reactor executive management team, first line supervisors and employees to

onsibility entailed implementing and managing the safety and health program for
the high level cesium 137 and strontium 90 encapsulation storage facility.

* Conducted annual program assessments: Confined Spaces, Respiratory Protection

* Organized and led the annual General Industry OSHA compliance assessment and

Senior Engineer and Lead Auditor: Lockheed Martin, Tank Waste Remediation Syste
m (TWRS), 3/97 to 6/99:
Lockheed Martin Hanford initiated a project wide assessment of the Tank Waste Re
mediation project in late 1996 after receiving the Hanford contract. Rust Inc.
performed an Electrical program assessment. I delivered the close out audit rep
ort to the Lockheed Sr. staff. Link Hall Lockheed President, requested that I j
oin Lockheed's Tank Waste Remediation System corporate Industrial Safety and Hea
lth team. I assisted the Safety and Health manager implement and administer the
TWRS Safety program serving 750 employees. Responsibilities included:

ity audits, and established schedules, staffing, prepared audit program manageme
nt reports and developed performance indicators. Performed Quality Assurance au
dits and surveillances for the Hanford Project site including: engineering, oper
ations and maintenance organizations (16,000 employees).
* Scopes included: Hanford hazardous waste sites, engineering organizations, c
onfiguration management, design control, hazardous chemical storage, and Lockout
/Tagout.

* Team member Division Nominee for the WHC Quality Achievement Award. The team
developed the charter and proposed the organizational structure of an Integrate

Prior to 1989:
Project Manager Computer Centers: Project Manager for Seattle First, Branch Bank
fast-track computer construction projects. Managed Design, Construction and In
spection of 30 branch bank projects. Scoped Boeing Computer Services (BCS) dual
Cray computer center raceway & fire detection layout for the new facilities (20
0,000 sq. ft. each). Prepared electrical distribution system time & material es
timates for BCS management negotiations with the Bellevue dual Cray general cont
ractor. Provided NFPA computer code review. Designed & inspected IBM installat
ions for Boeing Everett 767 & Renton computer expansion programs.
Principal Electrical Designer: Scoped, designed, & verified complex electrical
first-time fast track Nuclear projects. This entailed design calculations (powe
r, control, lighting, grounding and fire detection, and suppression), scheduling
design, layout, material specification, design verification, review of vendor s
ubmittals, construction management and consultation with vendors and clients. D
esigned BPA substation modifications, 13.8 kV substations and 600 volt electrica
l distribution systems, and wrote construction specifications. Prepared detaile
d engineering designs of fire detection & fire suppression systems for Nuclear c
ontrol rooms and computer centers, including BCS dual Cray computers, telephony
switching centers and North Slope petroleum processing facilities.
Contract Administration: Solicited bids & recommended bid awards, prepared time
& material construction contracts, management schedules & progress reports. Co
ordinated fast-track computer installation subcontracts. Prepared financial rep
orts & payrolls.
Inspection: Assembled code compliance documentation for Nuclear Reactor heat exc
hanger high pressure primary and secondary coolant loops. Inspected and field v
erified projects for compliance with project engineering standards, construction
specifications, National Electrical Codes, NFPA computer facility code, enginee
ring drawings, certified vendor information, Federal and Consensus Industry Stan

Estimating: Prepared construction time and material estimates for state of the
