Director of Supply Chain and Process Engineering,
Sig Sauer, March 2010 to Present.
Directed projects to significantly improve
the supply chain. Implemented
Forecast/MDS/MPS/MRP processes in Oracle 11.
Established capacity and constraint planning.
Reduced backlog from 18 months to 45 days.
Thermadyne, a $500M global
industrial equipment company:
Global Director Product Lifecycle
Infrastructure, Thermadyne, 2004 to 2010.
Direct multiple projects at 11 international
sites, streamlining and integrating product
lifcycle processes among Engineering,
Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and Global
Sourcing. Direct multi-site teams and budgets
of up to $3M.
Engineering Director, Thermal Dynamics and
Thermal Arc Inc, 1999 to 2004. Led five
managers, 45 engineers, and budget of up to
$4M. Directed conceptualization, design and
development for two premiere Thermadyne
brands. Promoted to global position.
Department Manager, Mechanical Engineering,
Thermal Dynamics, 1995 to 1999. Provided
technical guidance to twelve mechanical
engineers, designers and technical writers.
Managed design of power supplies and
equipment for plasma cutting systems. Oversaw
development and quality. Promoted to Director.
