From 1 January 2008 up to date as an intern carrying out HSBCnet implementation & client
service.

• Was a member of the PCM Implementation team which was involved in migrating
HSBCnet customers from Smart Cards to Security Devices
• Was Successful in migrating over 40 customers on to Security Devices
• Convinced a number of customers to automate their payments through HSBCnet.
• was a member of the PCM Implementation team providing client service for all
HSBCnet customers
From 15 October 2006 to 15 April 2007 as an intern carrying out HSBCnet implementation &
