integration imperatives for Warner-Lambert, Pharmacia
acquisitions:
i. Led aShadow Teama to develop methodology, tools for
enterprise talent management process.
ii. Co-designed and facilitated meeting to align the Top
100 global leaders on vision, strategies of the new
organization.
iii. Prepared leaders and their organizations with
solutions to meet function-specific financial (>$3B
overall), and efficiency targets, e.g. aJump Starta
team start-up and integration toolkit, and change
leadership training.
