safe as a plant. The Corrugator has gone from 27,800 lfpeh to 36,980 lfpeh. *

Lebanon TN Packaging Operations
When I took over in 2004 in Lebanonwaste was 13%.When I left it was5.97% YTD. OT
was 38% and Corrugator was running 23,500 lfpeh; OT now runs apx 12% a month. C
onverting Cost avg per month 2004 $86.20 a ton.Lebanon now average $53.80 a mont
h in converting cost a ton. Man hours per ton has fallen from 1.67 to 1.18. On t
ime delivery is 98% up from 92%. Corrugator uptime has gone 82% to 93% uptime an
d lineal feet has gone up to 34,500 lfpeh. Full understanding of P&L.
