NSGB is a SBU to a big company in France called Societal Générale

THE HISTORY OF NSGB IN EGYPT:

National Société Générale Bank, one of the largest private banks operating
in Egypt, was established in 1978 with a focus on corporate banking. With a
long-term plan geared towards satisfying its customers, NSGB expanded its
retail services. Selective development of its core activities, today NSGB has
140 branches covering 26 governorates, 280 ATM and more than 3,700
banking professional.

THE HISTORY OF Société Générale:

 a major European financial services company which also has a global


presence. It founded in May 4 1864. Société Générale is one of the
oldest banks in France. It's revenue reached to ¼21.73 billion in 2009 ,
total assets for ¼1.024 trillion in 2009,and the number of its
employees all over the world to 160,140 .

They made a lot of campaign in television in some channels like: Dream TV, Mehwar,
and Nile TV. (this TV campaign are taking place now in this programs and have great
impact on the marketing of NSB).

2. Billboard:
They put billboards all over the governorates.

3. Advertisement in radio and send SMS messages to the customer.


Advertisements in radio: like AQA AT advertisement that took place on fm from 4
months

SMS messages: they always send sms messages to their customers to keep them in touch
with the newest service in the bank.

2.Distribution:
They provide their services through 140 branches covering 26 governorates. It also
has 280 ATM and more than 3700 banking professional employees.

3.Market research:
The task of marketing research is to provide Marketing division with relevant,
accurate, reliable, valid, and current information about services (›romo Seven
Agency).

 Call Center: they have hotlines (19700) to receive any kind of information,
comments or suggestions.

 E-banking: they provide electronic banking services to make the transactions


easier.

 They have a good way to deal with customer.

 ›rovides new lasting services that delivering customer needs make them unique
from other banks.

 Employees from marketing departments go to any company to meet financial


managers to provide bank services.

 They call new customers to offer them current services in the bank.

 Employees provide services for clients that have no accounts in bank, but has
banking transaction in the bank.
