oordinated tenant fit out, coordinated tenant change requests, knowledgeable of
contract specifications, codes, design track, and manages contractor change requ

3D/International. Assistant Construction Manager. Contracted to the Pentagon R
enovation and Construction Program, project Wedges 2 - 5, which encompasses all
the above ground renovations, as well as supporting utility and basement work.
Assisted the Construction Manager in all aspects of on-site operational manageme
nt, including scheduling and monitoring the schedule of subcontractors, inspecti
ng work during construction to assure compliance with plans and specifications,
and resolving day-to-day issues as they occur on the job site. In the Construct
ion Managers absence, attend to all construction issues. Alongside the Construc
tion Manager, provided leadership to develop a strong team of subcontractors who
are willing and able to meet or exceed project goals and expectations. 2005.
416th Facility Engineer Center SE, Detachment Bravo. Project Manager/Project Of
ficer for the Coalition Military Assistance Training Team (CMATT) at the Taji Ir
aqi military complex, I managed this project from master planning, pre-Bid and e
xecution of the design-build program to construct facilities to reestablish the
new Iraqi Army (nIA). Work together with the Iraqi Ministry of Housing, coordin
ated engineering activities and efforts at Theater, Brigade and Battalion levels
. Successfully managed the construction of a $20 Million dollar training comple
x (Phase I/II/III), provided American Standard construction materials and method
s mentoring and training for the Iraqi engineers to teach construction project m
anagement techniques that will serve as a basis for future reconstruction and de
velopment. Daily managed oversight of 2,000 Iraqi construction workers along wi
th 50 Iraqi engineers in the nation building effort. In a combat environment de
monstrated exceptional tenacity, leadership, and creativity to come up with inno
vative solutions to almost all overwhelming problems while maintaining focus to
accomplish the mission. Facilitated all coordination and scheduling for the del
ivery of heavy construction equipment to set prime power diesel generators, high

lm Beach County Public Schools for three modernization and additions projects; t
hese projects are a comprehensive modernization valued over $49 Million dollars
with 282,017 gross square feet. This comprehensive modernization program include
s various renovation and site work unique to each project site, a new two-story
Classroom building, a new one-story Kitchen building, a new one-story Dining bui
lding, a new one-story Media Center building, and a new one-story Covered Play A
rea. In charge of the overall administration process, which includes the use of
MS Office Software Applications specifically Word, Excel, Primavera and IMPACT
to monitor and report project information, delivery methods, scheduling, and cos

143rd TRANSCOM (FWD). Civil Affairs Officer for the Assistant Chief of Staff, G
5, of the theater level logistics headquarters, accountable for providing techni
cal and cultural guidance on matters affecting the command's policies and progra
ms for civil military operations (CMO) in support of the 377th Theater Support C
ommand operations, plans and orders. In addition, assist in all the encountered
377th TSC (Fwd) CMO matters. While deployed to the area of operation (AOR) in
support of Operation Enduring Freedom, and to conduct the initial assessment to
determine civil administration (CA) force augmentation required handling the com
mand's requirements while in the AOR. Assist the Assistant Chief of Staff, G5,

ZHA. Project Manager contracted to the School Board District of Orange County P
ublic Schools for a $34 million comprehensive building program that included mas
ter planning, design and construction management. Accountable for preparing spe
cific technical and administrative documentation and providing timely and accura
te monthly progress reports to Area Manager and Program Director to assure contr
actors performance of contractual agreement in accordance with prescribed terms,
conditions, and specifications. Also in charge for the overall administration
