Controlled process of transitioning Sales for Merrill Lynch conforming and HELO
C business from NJ office to Jacksonville location. This project included coord
inating with all support departments from Telecom, Facilities, Underwriting, and
Production. Trained all managers and senior level employees in Florida locatio
n on Cendant Systems including, front end POS application systems, processing sy
stems, phone monitoring software, and pricing matrices. Attended additional sem
inars for Merrill Lynch Financial Advisors to train them on integrating mortgage
solutions into financial plans for clients.
