the warehouse budget, cost saving ideas, and implementing projects that improve
space utilization which included a warehouse locator system and the purchase of
new equipment that facilitate operations. Managed the increased output of the w
arehouse to keep up with the high business growth rate, while maintaining costs
at or below planned levels.
