Assume mainly responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, including, b
ut not limited to, overall metalwork and paint shop duties particularly in motor
cycle production. Paint tanks and fenders of motorcycle; assist in handling e-co
at load, paint lines and finesse areas as well as clear powder coat lines; and t
roubleshoot encountered problems in each area. Manage weekly maintenance functio
ns within the paint shops, including cleaning the ovens and cookout in the phosp
hate wash areas as well as ordering replacement filters. Oversee the finesse are
a and control the stripe and decal application manually or by using robots; ensu
re quality of parts to be buffed and inspected for the assembly. Provide support
in the installation and troubleshooting of the frame conveyer to ensure timely
delivery of frame to the assembly line.
