I am currently the Director of the Legal Settlments unit for a debt resolution c
ompany. I manage and oversee other negotiators in our efforts to resolve our cli
ents' debts which have been referred to law firms for collection. Closely work w
ith law firms across the country to maintain relations and and ensure that our c
lient's credit problems are resolved in a way beneficial to both parties. Manage
the other negotiators to ensure they maintain proper respect for our clients an
d the law firms and see that confidentiality and proper negotiation tactics are
maintained.

Prior to the above I worked as receiver manager to ensure the proper receipt of
product, storing of same, and distribution to proper department to ensure availa
bility to the propsective consumer.

Previously worked as a financial advisor to assist clients achieve their financi


al goals through comprehensive financial planning. Have the ability to gather an
d analyze the client's information to arrive at the best road-map to enable them
to establish and follow the proper path to their goals, both long and short ter
m.

Prior work was as an attorney duly admitted in the State of California, also adm
itted in both New York and Florida. I had been in sole practice in California fr
om 1981 to 2003, when I entered the financial planning field. I had established
a diversified private practice for general business litigation, real estate, cor
porate and contract law. The practice also involved family law and personal inju
ry matters.

I have representeds and counseled clients in corporate and business negotiations


, contracts, collection work, litigation and real estate transactions, including
construction defects and repair issues. Representative clients include a cookwa
re manufacturer, for whom I advised on employment issues, as well as negotiation
s with suppliers and wholesale and retail distributors; a biofeedback process co
mpany; a speciality film distribution company with advice on trademarks, company
name, logo; a cellular telephone equipment supply company, performing contract
negotiations and collection work; and a skilled nursing facility administration
company who oversaw several such facilities throughout the Bay Area, for whom I
advisedcc on employee issues, contract negotiations with suppliers and collectio
n work on overdue patient accounts.
