NARRATIVE
DALLAS POLICE OFFICERS RESPONDED TO A SHOOTING CALL AT THE OFFENSE LOCATION AT
THE DALLASBOND.COM BUSINESS. WHEN THE OFFICERS ARRIVED AT THE SCENE THEY WERE
MET BY AP WHO IDENTIFIED HIMSELF AS THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS. AP TOLD THE
OFFICERS THAT AN UNKNOWN LATIN MALE CAME INTO THE BUSINESS AND BEGAN ASKING
QUESTIONS ABOUT SECURING A BOND FOR FRIEND OF HIS. AP TOLD THE OFFICERS THAT
AFTER A FEW MINUTES THE LATIN MALE PULLED A HANDGUN AND SHOT THE COMPLAINANT,
WHO WAS DESCRIBED BY THE AP AS A BUSINESS PARTNER. THE COMPLAINANT WAS SEATED IN
A CHAIR NEAR THE AP AND WAS STRUCK IN THE HEADBY THE GUNFIRE AND DIED AT THE
SCENE. "END OF ELEMENTS.
