Launched the GENBAND Go to Market Channel Strategy and successful Global Partne
r Program. New Partner/ Carrier wins with Ericsson and Nokia Siemens Networks (N
SN). Led a team to re-brand and position to sell the GENBAND Unified Communicati
ons and Applications.
Formed AERAS Networks, an FDD Microwave Radio company, through the acquisition
of wireless technology. Achieved a $6M run rate within the first 14 months and
a pipeline of $12M forecasted for the following year.
Original investor and creator of product concept. Co-built ADTRAN (ADTN) from
the ground up to become industry market leaders. Personally secured multi-year,
multi-million dollar contracts with 6 US Carriers. Grew business to $250M. IPO

Designed and strategically implemented the ADTRAN Advantage AAA Channel Distrib
ution program for Enterprise products that generated over $125M through indirect
sales channels.
Board Advisor for DiscoveryComm, engaged to secure an acquirer for a new DSL te
st system. Successfully sold company to Nokia Networks for $220M resulting in a
12x investor return.
