Provided strong assistance in the preparation of legal documentations (such as C
ollateral Pledge and Security Agreements, corporate documentation, UCC search an
d filings) to enable community savings banks to borrow against their mortgage as
sets. Evaluate document-agreements of pledgors with their Servicers and Custodi
ans to determine if Servicing or Custodian agreement complies with FHLB requirem
ents. Monitor pledgors' adherence to and compliance with FHLBNY's borrowing po
licies, rules and processes. Interact with community banks' officers, their ser
vicers and custodians in the evaluation and qualification and acquisitions of th
e mortgage assets for pledging. Review all mortgage documentations (Deeds/Trust
, Prom. Notes, appraisal, credit ratings of individual mortgagors) for pledgors
who are placed under "Possession" due to poor risk ratings to determine qualifi

pledgor's mortgage assets for securitization with FNMA or sale to other acquirin
g institutions. Raised legal red flags with FHLBNY Legal Department on legal iss
ues that may affect collateral qualification of pledgor and/or its assets for pl

ng mostly of building construction term/project financing loans, acquisition mor
tgage loans, coop/condo conversion, warehousing lines, lines of credit from pre-
closing to final pay-off; assisted Bankers in preparing construction budget ana
lysis and spreadsheets. Managed loan disbursement and loan funding. Ensured pr
ior funding requirements as provided in loan agreements are met (such as UCC-1 f
ixture filings, title clearance, appraisal/architect reports, environmental impa
ct report, insurance, mechanic's lien, taxes, property easements and encroachmen
ts; architectural/engineers report). Reviewed and evaluate draw package by line
item if within budget, reconcile soft and hard costs to budget and project rele
vance, tenant improvements, prepare funding spreadsheets, review draw requests a
nd its back ups and recommended and released funds upon proper bank officers' a
pproval. Performed site and customer visits to assist in project management. A
