the renovation
* Coordinated the purchase, receipt and placement of 4,976 pieces of furniture (
desks, credenzas, hutches, chairs, tables, etc.) for the newly remodeled House a
nd Senate wings in the Capitol building
* Coordinated the purchase, receipt and distribution of $22,540 worth of desk ac
cessories for House and Senate offices. Researched appropriate desk accessories
, created catalog of items for members to choose from
* Developed asset management/tracking system to ensure all state property in the
Capitol Building is accounted for
* Automated many functions in the office that had, for many years, been handled
manually
* Responsible for Annual Risk Management Report for four agencies. This include

transportation, lodging, meeting locations for 90 Legislative Members and commi
ttee staff. During the 2005 session, coordinated 60 meetings for members throug
hout the state.
