A textile printing, dyeing and finishing manufacturing company, providing screen
printed fabrics for various end uses (United States military garments, custom f
abrics used in interior design, upholstery, apparel, window treatments, hospital
garments, etc.). Producing some of the world's finest screen printed textiles,
Santee Print Works is the largest privately owned fabric finisher in the US and
has over 440 employees.
Human Resources Director (Multiple Site Responsibilities)
* Participate in strategic decision making activities, developing human resource
solutions that are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Interpret i
nformation related to the organization's operations from internal sources in ord
er to contribute to the development of the company's strategic plan.
* Serve as an advocate for both employees and management to deliver superior HR
services and reinforce the company's core values through modeling, communication
and coaching.
* Consult, coach and provide strategic direction to managers in the administrati
on of employee relations, policies, performance management, training, safety and
problem solving.
* Develop and manage the HR budget in a manner consistent with the organization'
s strategic goals, objectives and values, utilizing various metrics to evaluate
HR's contributions to the achievement of the company's strategic goals and objec
tives.
* Develop, implement and evaluate compensation and benefits programs for all emp
loyee groups that support the organization's strategic goals and objectives and
comply with ADA, ADEA, COBRA, USERRA, HIPAA and FMLA.
* Serve as company's Safety Officer with the primary objective of ensuring a saf
e and healthful work environment is achieved and maintained utilizing a behavior
