Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources 2009-2010
Served as officer and executive team member responsible for planning, organizing
and directing all aspects of the Human Resources function on a global basis. L
ed team of 25 global HR employees, including three vice president-level Human Re
sources positions responsible for North America, Europe, and Asia, to provide HR
support for 2,000 employees in 15 locations worldwide. Held accountability for
all global personnel programs and policies such as compensation, benefits, empl
oyee performance and relations, training, recruiting and staffing plans, governm
ental reporting requirements, and employee recognition, as well as integrity of
the company's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) database. Oversaw HR-r
elated due diligence pre-work associated with mergers and acquisitions, as well
as all post-integration efforts.
* Created a dynamic redesign of the global HR function to better serve the needs
of internal customers and the business.
* Increased HR expertise in Asia by selecting and hiring a senior-level HR leade
r for region.
* Developed, implemented and automated a global employee bonus program for appro
