PUBLIC CORRRUPTION, HIGH CRIMES AND TREASON; STATE’S
ILLEGAL SENTENCING HEARING SCHEDULED CONSTITUTES
HIGH CRIMES
Man illegally searched and arrested in Park County jailed for over a year with NO BAIL,
files Multi-Billion Dollar Claim against government actors for violation of unalienable
rights under illegal color of law state “codes”; also challenges being IMPEACHED as a
PUBLIC SERVANT EMPLOYEE by the use of HEARINGS.

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA May 2011: Love Thomas Wright Cooper today filed the biggest civil rights
lawsuit in the history of the STATE OF MONTANA. With over 100 named defendants, AND OVER 9
BILLION dollars in precious metals being claimed. The jurisdiction has been removed for 28 USC 1443
Civil rights for any act under color of authority derived from any law providing for equal rights, to the
HIGHER COURT of the 9th Circuit US District court of Nevada, case# 2:11-MS-00056-NA. Also named
are civil officers, all judicial officers who participated in the crimes, all BAR-FLY attorneys, motor
vehicle division officers, 2 county sheriffs, other deputies and state troopers. It is the desire of Love
[Cooper] to ‘right a systemic violation of rights of Americans’. “I have been tried illegally in multiple
ways; I was illegally stopped & searched, had church trust property seized from me, was charged as a
gun manufacturer business in commerce, have had an unalienable right taxed under title 26 Tax Code,
am being tried as a PUBLIC SERVANT, which I REPEATEDLY DENIED I WAS, in my illegal federal trial.
And so now in light of my recent case filing in the 9th circuit court, any further proceedings against me
would constitute more fraud on the court, and criminal HIGH CRIME by warring against the
constitution, and our constitutional form of government. ”

At no time was I charged with a actual crime, I was charged with infractions of state codes in violation
of my rights, in violation of their oaths of office and striking against the constitutional form of
government as a corporation. There was no injured party but myself, Love Thomas Wright Cooper, as
my car was stolen, I was traded as a SLAVE on the stock market by these pirates using my all capital
name and you were charged 500 a day from your Social Security to pay for my illegal jailing. The
people who owed special duty to protect my rights, protect my safety are actually land pirates, or their
agents. Not once did they stop the criminal behavior of those who acted as judge, jury, and
executioner, as they have sworn to do. 5USC 3331 Oath of office; I will support and
defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign
and domestic.

“high crime and misdemeanors will be committed if these pirates proceed with this piracy.” The
piracy has actually been scheduled for June 1, 2011; The subpoenas, were never answered and
that silence is fraud where there is a duty to speak “Tweel” this silence is admitting to the piracy. IT IS
A FACT OF LAW! The court vacated that date and rescheduled the sentencing for June 1st. The judge
who did this did so in fraud as the judge lacks jurisdiction to schedule anything in this case, it is
removed to the US DISTRICT court and no longer in the hands of the local pirates in Montana. A judge
who aids and abets a lower court in acts of land piracy is in fact a pirate. The fact that the judge is
acting as a company in spite of his oath of office is TREASON, in open court. They have levied war
against us, given aid and comfort pirates, and confessed this in OPEN COURT!

Article. III. The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment; shall be by Jury;.. Section. 3.
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to
their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the
Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Every Americans is being impeached in these pretend courts. It takes courage, to stand up for
freedom, liberty and faith, but like our forefathers we will prevail. It is time to put an end to the
tyranny, piracy and criminal behavior of those who owe special duty to the law, to the law. No person
needs to lose their lives to these criminal pirates.

It is anticipated and strongly hoped that he will be released as per the law, as “there are so many
violations, and everyone is now a defendant because of this. There are now so many people being
implicated here, I am hopeful that the appropriate powers will recognize the seriousness and
consequences of these illegal actions being taken against me, and put pressure on this judge to simply
let me go, instead of forcing my case, like so many others, to go up for an appeal where their injustices
are reversed (96% of all MONTANA cases go to appeal, with 94% of Montana cases getting reversed on
appeal).” It is hoped that word of this case goes out far and wide so that people know that there is
HOPE, and a REMEDY for public corruption, and criminalizing the innocent.

We do assert and declare ourselves to be free and independent, and that as free and independent
people we have power to conclude peace, restore the rule of law, hold those who would wage war on
us as enemies, in law and equity, and to do all equal and blind justice, as our rights are only that
which we defend. And for the Support of this, we must pledge to each other our lives, our fortitude
and our honor.
