Project Manager: $230 Million, Gulf Hanlan-Robb Gas Plant-EPC contract for fron
t-end design, project definition, engineering, procurement and construction.
* Process design was performed with Parsons in Pasadena, California.
* Detailed design, procurement and construction performed by Partec-Lavalin and
two affiliate companies in Calgary, Alberta.
* The 300 MCFD facility included three sulphur stripping trains utilizing the Po
lish Prilling Process, 70 miles of pipeline, sour gas processing, 1150 TPD of su
lphur removal and 10 miles of railroad.
Project Director: $470 Million, Esso Expansion Program for the operating Judy C
reek Field.
* Managed the design and construction of tertiary recovery system (CO2 injection
) utilizing five EPC Contractors.
* Design included 400 miles of high-pressure pipelines and compressor stations r
equired for transporting of liquid CO2 at 1800 psi from Ft. McMurray to the oper
ating Judy Creek Oilfield.
Resident Project Manager: $100 Million, Crude Oil transfer/Storage Terminal for
U.S. DOE-Strategic Petroleum Reserve Program at St. James, LA.

* Two million bbl tank farm
* 42" pipelines, control valves and pumping facilities for off-loading and tran
sfer of crude oil from tankers to terminal.
