1. DEMCO. Contracted as a personal consultant for DEMCO Corporation, directing N

ibile for design, coordination and product development, cost/pricing, production
, distribution and overall profit and loss. Coordinated and developed ASI and Pr
emium lines by working directly with artists, salesmen and manufacturers on desi
gns, but having authority for final approval on all items.
2. 1994 FIFA World Cup. Developed apparel and non-apparel (e.g. posters, mugs, h
ats) lines for FIFA, with a special line for the opening and closing ceremonies.
Goods were produced in all participant countries native languages and distribut
ed domestically and internationally on retail and wholesale basis as well as com
plimentary copies to consulates and embassies.
3. NASCAR. Developed NASCAR and NASCAR driveras apparel and non-apparel goods wi
th marketing support and distribution domestically and internationally. The corp
orate goal with NASCAR was to increase visibility and recognition through nation
al retail chains, mass merchandisers, etc., ultimately elevating NASCAR drivers
population to match that of professional sports stars in basketball, football an
d baseball. The company was sold at the end of 1996

sales force in the retail and college markets from the licensed product and gen
erated $80 MM in sales in seven years. Merchandised apparel lines through major
