management.

The main objective of this course is to familiarize the students with the concepts and
techniques of financial management. It is also aimed to impart to the students a working
knowledge to enable them to take decisions in finance. To achieve the above objectives,
an optimum blend of theory, practice and case study is proposed to be done in the class
