Master Plumber
As a trained and skilled master plumber I have hands on experience in the instal
lation and maintenance
of copper water piping systems, copper, plastic and cast iron drainage systems,
black iron and plastic air piping systems and brazing of medical gas systems. I
also have extensive experience in the maintenance of these various types of syst
ems as the head of the largest real estate property owner in Philadelphia. PHA
Procurement of materials, vendor screening, quality control, work scheduling, bu
dget projections, vehicle maintenance, contract execution and contractor selecti
on, care and control of tools and materials, blue print reading, design, product
application, strategic planning and implementation were all part of my former r
esponsibilities.

As owner / operator, I was solely responsible for all estimating, bidding, cont

Fire Sprinkler Department Superintendent
As department head, I was responsible for the upgrade of all sprinkler systems c
ity wide. Reworking the existing systems to meet the present fire code for sprin
kler systems and certifying the systems, with the city, upon completion.
Conducted inspections of sprinkler systems, backflow prevention installations, t
esting and certifications, trash compactor maintenance and repairs. I scheduled
the daily work assignments for the crews, time sheets and department budget proj
ections.

Activities
I have engaged in all aspects of plumbing from underground to above ground pipin
g systems. Water piping, drainage piping, vent piping, medical gas piping system
s and fixture installations. ( bath tubs, faucets, water closets, utility hook u
ps, boilers, hot water heaters, underground water main breaks and more) I still
have a valid master plumbers license with the City of Philadelphia.
I have engaged in all aspects of the Fire Sprinkler Industry from installing and
maintaining fire pumps and controllers,
sprinkler system control devices and alarming devices. I have installed complete
fire sprinkler systems in residential, commercial and industrial settings. I ha
ve inspected and certified systems with the City of Philadelphia and still maint
ain a valid sprinkler license with the City.
