Accounts Payable (June 2008 - Present)
* Manage accounts payable invoices, check requests, and purchase orders. Review
invoices for completeness and accuracy. Ensure all payments are made in accorda
nce with corporate policies and procedures.
* Responsible for issuing manual check as needed, performing weekly check runs.
Ensure check requests have all the appropriate information, backup and signatur
es required.
* Maintain current Purchase Order Receipt Report, researching unvouchered receiv
ers and processing RMAs to obtain credit from vendors.
