Finalized the PET/CT Program in Cardiology and Oncology through the RFP for the
clinical services, selection of the mobile unit, mobile company and nuclear pha
rmacy, marketed the clinical services, established the cost and revenue centers,
organized the local physicians and medical staff behind the project, assisted i
n obtaining state approval for the mobile unit and successfully implemented this
program for the first 200 cases.
Chairman of Continuing Medical Education Committee creating cost effective educ
ational program for category I AMA credit for the attending staff and completing
a self evaluation program implementing the new rules and regulations to obtain
a 4 year accreditation from the Medical Society of the State of New Jersey throu

* Member Intersocietal Council for Accreditation of Nuclear Laboratories which p
romulgates national standards required of all nuclear laboratories seeking accre
ditation which bears on the ability to bill insurance companies for patient serv
ices. Hospitals at which I worked have been so accredited.
* Chairman Medical Audit Committee help design quality of care programs
* Co-Chairman Medical Utilization Review Committee enforced physician utilizatio
n of hospital beds based upon their chart documentation
