ansfer, profile wire, and mist elimination products for the petro-chemical indus
try,) have complete P/L responsibility and full departmental oversight with emph
asis on manufacturing and operations. Positioned in chief operating role to driv
e company expansion.
HIGHLIGHTS
* Fully implemented company wide ERP (global shop) system.
* Piloted major revamp project including design, engineering, and manufacturing
for Shell Global Systems at Deer Park, TX.

VP Operations
As VP Operations of Singer Steel (metals distribution, processing, and metalwork
ing facility,) had complete responsibility for all operations including manufact
uring, logistics, personnel, quality control, maintenance, and equipment upgrade
. Installed a RBI .500" x 72" Stretcher - Leveler, CTL line and corresponding SC
S (sheet cleaning) line and brought to full production with fully trained staff.
HIGHLIGHTS
* Installed and brought into full production major equipment acquisition. Comple
tely trained new operating personnel and implemented second shift production str
ategy. Project completed twelve percent under budget.
* Realigned operations personnel and effected fully trained maintenance departme
nt saving company approximately five percent of operating budget.

As General Manager of Toledo Blank, Inc. (metal stamping/tool & die/fabrication/

r all operations and departments of all facilities. Increased customer base to i
nclude GE, Trane, Copeland, Carrier, Bristol Compressors and Tecumseh Products a
