P based tracking and alert platform to automate performance monitoring, traffic
management, change management, and high-speed data security evaluation and repor
ting across enterprise environment, reducing meant time to repair (MTR) from 4.3
hours to 2.03 hours.
* Led the expansion of IP based tracking and alert platform to support internal
Call Center operations and B&C objectives reducing Average Seconds to Answer (AS
A) from 25 to 12 minutes at peak for all services.
* Oversaw the development, implementation and integration of trouble ticket mana
gement system with IVR tools within the Call Center, reducing inbound call volum
e during peak hours from 28% to 8% and out of hours calls from 15% to 4% while d
elivering $600K in operational savings.
* Spearheaded the implementation of process to capture pre, middle and post veri
fication of customer base during the rollout of new equipment installation, syst
em enhancements and software releases, reducing overall service disruptions and

* Developed, authored and engineered network patent submission for "live" web-ba
sed Wi-Fi MAC Asset Authentication on and off the network. Established partnersh

nitor performance of all embedded and deployed equipment, and enhance the root c
