The property profile report provides results from a search of available current assessor data, current land title
records and access agreements.
A network of professional, trained researchers, following established procedures, uses client supplied address
information to:
• identify current parcel information and/or legal description and provide a copy of the parcel map;
• identify current ownership information and mailing address and provide a description of property
profile;
• research official land title documents recorded at jurisdictional agencies such as recorders' offices,
registries of deeds, county clerks' offices, etc.;
• access and provide a copy of the current deed;
• search for recorded land access agreement and provide a copy if document is identified.
