cution of global strategic sourcing strategies for an annual sourcing volume of
$67 million, representing the representing the largest sourcing volume of golf e
quipment in the world. Collaborate with global retailers and leading brand manuf
acturers in support of global procurement requirements that drive overall cost c
ontainment, sustained vendor relations, and corporate strategic initiatives.

umber of retail subsidiaries and sports equipment brands.
Direct oversight and responsibility for leading procurement and sourcing strateg
ies to support the diverse manufacturing demands of multiple global design, sour
cing, purchasing and production teams and projects. Full accountability for the
simultaneous management of the following key operations:
Dunlop/Slazenger Sourcing Office, Qingxi, China
Led the activities of a 30-member sourcing office responsible for an annual FOB
spend of $53 million for golf an racket sport hardware, apparel and accessories
with a sourcing team of 42 vendors throughout China, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong,
India and Thailand.
Dunlop Slazenger Tennis Ball Plant, Marievelles, Philippines
Full responsibility for the efficient management, operation, and profitability o
f the world's largest tennis ball plant with an annual budget of $37 million, a
staff of 680, and a total annual production of six million-dozen tennis balls.
Dunlop Slazenger Tennis Ball Plant, Bekasi, Indonesia
Provided leadership, guidance and managerial oversight to the production, qualit
y, and raw material sourcing of a manufacturing facility that produces 400,000 d
ozen-tennis balls annually with a staff of 85 employees.

Spearheaded the set-up and supervision of a satellite purchasing office in Guate
mala with an annual purchasing volume of ~$21 million. Managerial responsibility
of a 20-member design, sourcing, and import team supporting the golf and sport
leisure apparel requirements from Thailand, Guatemala, Indonesia, Vietnam, Sri L
anka, India, Jordan, Bangladesh, Peru and Pakistan.

Led an 8-member design and sourcing team in the execution of $18 million in annu
al purchasing functions for boxing and martial arts sports equipment and accesso
ries sourced from China, Vietnam, Taiwan, Thailand, India and Pakistan.

Accountable for achieving profitability goals in managing the operations of a 64
-acre facility producing 6.5 million dozen-golf balls for the Dunlop Group and T
aylorMade/Adidas brands. Fiscally responsible for the efficient management of a
$43 million budget while leading a staff of 700 employees.

Import Director with full responsibility for directing all sourcing and import o
perations of sports hardware and apparel from 72 vendors in 19 countries with a
total annual purchasing spend in excess of $400 million. Mentored and led a 21-m
ember sourcing and import department based in the UK and a 35-member sourcing of
fice in India. In-house brands and licenses included Dunlop, Slazenger, Donnay,
Diadora, Umbro, No Fear, Carlton, LA Gear, Kangol, Lonsdale, Cat, Carlton and Jo
hn Daly.
IMPORT AND PRODUCTION MANAGER

Ladies fashions and Children's apparel, direct oversight of the import and sourc
ing operation, managing a team of 15 merchandisers and quality controllers in th
e UK and 20 personnel in the India Sourcing office. Worked closely with major re
tailers and design teams to translate the requirement to the vendors and manufac
turers. Implemented TQM principles for quality control and achieved 8% sourcing
