PROJECT MANAGER, Milestone Tarant 2008-PRESENT
Project manager for a well respected miscellaneous metals fabricator
in the Washington, Baltimore region. Doubled the contract value of a
primary contract through the use of Change Orders and careful
tracking of project scope. Responsibilities included estimating,
takeoffs, buyouts, scheduling, job costing, invoicing, payment
requisitions, and customer relations. Interacted with local building
departments, supervised project superintendents. Worked closely with
GC's Architect and Structural Engineer to ensure a timely completion
of the work

2007-2008
Lead Department of eight Project Managers with responsibility for >
$40M in work. Responsibilities include establishing control through
written procedures, codifying activities. Changed travel balance and

contamination outside the perimeter of the building that required
permanent monitoring (the site was downstream from an ex Decca Record
Plant. ) We drove 145 pipes to support a structural slab. Building was
