ergers. Processed class actions and reconciled general ledger accounts.
* Designed and implemented a system that replaced multiple individual general le
dger ticket submissions with an Excel spreadsheet, saving between one and two ho
urs a day.
* Developed an automated process for crediting class action checks received, whi
ch saved between 4 and 10 hours on each large volume payout.
* Assisted in developing an automated process for posting cost basis adjustments
on large security spin-offs, reducing the posting time from several days to thr
ee to four hours.
* Provided both internal and external customer service on a daily basis, using t
elephone, e-mail and personal contact.
