SUMMARY
I have several different work experiences. I have worked since I was 16 years
old. I have great computer skills and finance skills and also management skill
s. I have my CNA License, CMA and DCW trained. I am CPR and AED Certified. I hav
e enjoyed working in the medical field I have also enjoyed working in the cleric
al field. I have a great personality and I can get along with anyone. I have gre
at problem solving skills.

EXPERIENCE

Doctors Assistant and Office Administrator 2008
As a Medical Assistant my primary responsibilities involved maintaining the phys
icians office and interacting with patients. I worked under the supervision of t
he physician and was responsible for maintaining an organized office and helping
everything to run smoothly and efficiently.
Some of the job duties that I performed was but not limited to, answering teleph
ones/contacting patients, obtaining/creating patient medical records, completing
forms for insurance companies, answering patient questions, taking payments for
medical services, scheduling appointments. Setup exam room equipment, performed
lab tests, explain procedures to patients, draw blood, and provided prescriptio
n information to pharmacies such as call in new and refill prescriptions. Checke
d the patients in, took vital signs, also have helped with giving shots. I assis

Physician or Nurse and makes notation of amount and time given. Give enemas, dou
ches, massages, and alcohol rubs. Apply hot and cold compresses and hot water bo
ttles. Sterilize equipment and supplies, using germicides, sterilizer, or autocl
ave. Prepare food trays, feeds patients, and records food and liquid intake and
output. Other duties includes washing, cleaning, oral care, nail care, catheter
care, answer call lights, assist patients in wheel chairs, transporting, turnin
g bedridden patients, reporting patient changes, filling linens, and taking out
trash. I have a combination of over three years of directly related training and
experience in both patient and residential care.
