Strategic and Tactical Senior Management Leader who has developed and implemente

rom Vice President/Sales to President. When assuming the role of President, we w
ere still recovering from an existing debt service of $2MM, down from $4.2MM. My
direct sales contributed almost 33% of the gross sales with a pre-tax profit ma
rgin of 26-35% enabling us to reduce our debt service from $4.2MM to $900K in fo
ur years. In another role, improved the annual sales revenue in a Design/Build c
onstruction company by more than 300% by effectively organizing a coordinated ma
rketing effort to promote the companys construction approach and increase market
